Jelonet is a sterile and unmedicated tulle gras dressing impregnated with paraffin jelly. The gel soothes areas of damaged skin, while the open weave dressing protects the wound and absorbs exudate. Jelonet dressings are commonly used on minor burns, as well as lacerations, abrasions and leg ulcers. They will not adhere to wounds and can be removed painlessly. These dressings can be cut to shape.
