Mueller Heel & Lace Pads are pieces of flexible and lightweight foam approximately 7.5cm square. Use them for padding and protection, particularly in sports taping where they are applied directly to the skin underneath the tape. They are frequently used in ankle taping to cover the achilles tendon and the bony dorsal area of the foot - hence the name 'heel & lace pads.' They are non-adhesive, but if necessary can be stuck to the skin using a small dab of lubricant (such as petroleum jelly) or a pre-taping spray.
Supplied in a bag of 100 pads. The roll of 2000 pictured is not currently available.
