Use this good quality hot and cold therapy pack to apply soothing heat or pain-relieving cold to areas of stiffness, soreness or swelling anywhere on your body. All you need to do is warm the pack in the microwave, or chill it in the fridge/freezer, and mould it over the area of pain: the thermal gel inside the pack does the rest. For even greater comfort and effectiveness, use this hot/cold pack with the optional non-woven cover or compression strap.

How to Use
To Chill: Place the hot and cold pack in the fridge or freezer until it reaches the desired temperature. Bear in mind that if you leave the pack in the freezer for more than a couple of hours, the pack may freeze solid. This does not damage the pack, but does prevent it from bending around your body until it has thawed out a little.
To Heat: Microwave the pack in bursts of 20 seconds at medium-high power. Between each burst, massage the pack to distribute the heat through the gel. Always handle the pack through a towel or oven glove. The pack is ready for use when it is warm to the touch all over.
After heating or chilling, wrap the pack in a towel (or put it in a cold pack cover) and apply it to the area of the body you wish to treat. You should use a hot/cold pack for a maximum of 20 minutes or so at a time. For hands-free use, strap the hot and cold pack onto the affected limb using cohesive bandage or our elasticated compression strap.

Excellent service, the product arrived within 3 days. The hot/cold pack is very robust and should last a long time. I've only used it once, it took approx 45 seconds in the microwave to reach a temperature warm enough to be effective.
