The Smart Pads II Cartridge is the replacement electrode set for the Philips Heartstart FRx defibrillator. Supplied in protective plastic cartridge which plugs directly into the defibrillator. When the cartridge is opened, the pads are ready for immediate use. These pads are suitable for use on adult patients. Combined with the optional infant/child key these pads can also be used safely on children under 8 years old or weighing less than 25kg - there is no separate paediatric electrode set for the FRx defibrillator.
