This reusable ice bag will provide safe and effective cold compression to sports injuries such as sprains, strains and bruises. Simply fill the bag with ice and press against the injury to limit swelling, reduce the perception of pain and slow bleeding. This ice bag has a diameter of approximately 25cm.

As above, does what it says on the tin. I use this in a rugby club setting, so it is ideal that it is quite hardy. has lasted well, and easy to wash.
